Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP Eran Wickramaratne says he will never join a government that is formed by disregarding the sovereignty and the wishes of the people of the nation.
Issuing a statement, the MP said the cry of the protest by the public was for system change, clean government, and to bring rogue politicians to justice.
A government and Prime Minister that depends on the support of the Rajapaksas will not deliver that change, he pointed out.
MP Eran Wickramaratne further said from its inception the SJB has been committed to creating a new political culture.
He added that the party will continue to serve and represent the people, standing with them in their call for systemic change.
“Our country and people deserve better,” he stressed.
MP Eran Wickramaratne also said that they will never engage with corrupt governments that are formed on various deals. (NewsWire)
