The public has been advised on the process to obtain the 2nd booster or 4th dose of the coronavirus vaccine.
Regional Epidemiologist of the Colombo Municipal Council (CMC) Dr. Dinuka Guruge said those above the age of 20 years are eligible to obtain the second booster.
She further said that the vaccine is highly recommended for citizens above the age of 60 years and those above 20 years with underlying comorbidities.
The second booster can be obtained from the nearest hospital or the area Medical Officer of Health (MOH), Dr. Dinuka Guruge added. (NewsWire)
