The Meteorology Department has issued a weather advisory for heavy rain and strong winds for 10 districts.
The department said that the weather advisory will be in effect until 09.30 am tomorrow (31).
The prevailing showery condition over the Southwestern part of the island is expected to slightly enhance during the next few days from today.
Heavy showers above 100 mm may occur at some places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, and Central provinces and in the Galle, Matara, and Puttalam districts, it said. (NewsWire)
