Minister Bandula Gunawardana says he will resign from his ministerial portfolio.
He was the Minister of Transportation and highways, and Mass Media in the new Cabinet.
Bandula Gunawardana said that he will also step down from the membership of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP).
He further said that he will continue as an independent member of Parliament. (NewsWire)
