Minister of Energy Kanchana Wijesekera has provided an update on the current fuel stocks in Sri Lanka.
According to the minister, Sri Lanka is currently in possession of the necessary petrol and diesel.
The four updates from the minister on the fuel stocks are as follows:
- 37,000 MT of Petrol 92 will commence unloading today.
- 100,000 MT of Crude Oil will commence unloading today
- 40,000 MT of Diesel that commenced unloading 2 days ago will conclude unloading tomorrow morning.
- Another 40,000 MT of Diesel is to be released upon payment. (NewsWire)
