The Colombo Chief Magistrate has imposed an overseas travel ban on State Minister of Tourism Diana Gamage.
The travel ban has been imposed on the State Minister until 17th November 2022.
A complaint was filed in October pertaining to the passport, birth certificate, and National Identity Card (NIC) of State Minister Diana Gamage.
The Criminal Investigations Department launched a probe into the complaint and was ordered by the court to submit facts on the ongoing investigations.
Taking up for consideration the case today, the Colombo Chief Magistrate imposed an overseas travel ban on State Minister Diana Gamage. (NewsWire)
