The government has launched a special visa programme for foreign nationals purchasing luxury apartments in Sri Lanka.
The special visa programme was launched by the State Minister of Investment Promotion Dilum Amunugama yesterday (10).
Thereby, long-term visas are to be granted to foreign nationals who purchase houses at luxury apartment complexes in Sri Lanka.
State Minister Amunugama stated that foreign nationals who purchase apartment complexes for US$ 200,000 will be granted a visa for 10 years under the special programme. (NewsWire)
