The individual who had obstructed the duties of two Traffic Police officers in Nugegoda recently has been remanded.
The suspect has been remanded until the 23rd of December by the Nugegoda Additional Magistrate today.
An investigation was launched after a video shared on social media showed the individual obstructing the duties of two Motor Traffic Police officials in Delkanda Nugegoda.
The individual was seen verbally abusing the two Police officers who had reportedly booked him for violating road rules.
He was later arrested yesterday (08) based on the video evidence. (NewsWire)
