The Ministry of Finance will introduce customs codes (HS Codes) for 142 new types of goods, State Minister of Finance Ranjith Siyambalapitiya announced today (02).
State Minister Siyambalapitiya said that the HS Codes will be introduced with effect from 1st January 2023.
He further said via a Twitter message that the measure has been considered with the aim of facilitating and streamlining the import-export of Sri Lanka. (NewsWire)
