Information has come to light of entities without valid licences issuing flight tickets across the country, the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka (CAASL) said on Wednesday (04).
The CAASL pointed out that the issuing of flight tickets without the official licence issued by the CAASL Director General is a punishable offence.
The Civil Aviation Authority requested the public refrain from purchasing flight tickets from such unregistered organizations.
The CAASL further requested the public to inform the authority or their closest Police station of such fraudulent organizations. (NewsWire)
