An Assistant Manager of the Narahenpita Vocational Training Authority (VTA) has died while in Police custody.
Police said that the suspect was arrested by the Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB) with 15 grams of heroin.
He has died following an incident with officers, Police said in an statement.
A police officer was also injured in the incident. (NewsWire)
