Members have been appointed to the Parliamentary Select Committee on improving opportunities for higher studies in Sri Lanka.
Addressing Parliament today (20), Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena announced the members of the committee, which will be headed by Justice Minister Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe.
Prof. Ranjith Bandara, Prof. Charitha Herath, Dr. Suren Ragavan, Dr. Harini Amarasuriya, Ramesh Pathirane, Seetha Arambepola, Rauf Hakeem, Anura Priyadharshana Yapa, and Tissa Attanayake are the remaining members of the committee. (NewsWire)
