Nivithigala Pradeshiya Sabha Candidate of the National People’s Power, Nimal Amarasiri, who was hospitalized following Sunday’s (26) protest in Colombo, has died in hospital.
JVP General Secretary Tilvin Silva said that Nimal Amarasiri (61) who was admitted to the National Hospital yesterday after sustaining an injury during their protest, had passed away today.
