Sri Lanka’s Expolanka buys US-based company for $42.5 million

Expolanka Holdings says its latest acquisition of the Trans American Customhouse Brokers LLC and its related companies will help further consolidate its position in the key North American market.

Last week, Expolanka’s wholly owned subsidiary EFL Global LLC (EFL USA), announced the acquisition of 100% equity interest in Trans American Customhouse Brokers LLC and its related companies for a purchase consideration of $ 42.5 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis.

EFL Global LLC (EFL USA) is a leading global supply chain and logistics solutions company.

Established in 1984, Trans American Customhouse Brokers, Inc. has evolved into an industry innovator in Customs and global trade.

This acquisition marks the latest in a series of strategic moves for EFL Global, growing at the forefront of innovation in the supply chain and logistics sector for over 40 years, to further its commitment to excellence.
