The Trade Unions Collective today staged a protest at Colombo- Fort over several demands.
The protest was staged against the Prevention of Terrorism Act (PTA), the sale of state assets, high living costs, unfair tax policies, and state repression, among other key demands.
Several trade union members were seen participating in the protest holding placards with various slogans related to the demands. (NewsWire)
