Three suspects have been arrested over the robbery of gold jewellery and cash worth Rs. 15 million in Boralesgamuwa.
The Police stated that the suspects had robbed a house in the Katuwawala area in Boralesgamuwa by threatening the maid with a knife.
Several types of gold jewellery and cash, including US Dollars were among the stolen items.
A live hand grenade and 24 grams of heroin had been seized from the suspects’ possession at the time of their arrest. (NewsWire)
