The Overall Rate of Inflation, as measured by the National Consumer Price Index (NCPI), for the month of July 2023 has dropped to 4.6%.
According to the Department of Census and Statistics, the Overall Rate of Inflation for July 2023 has decreased compared to the 10.8% reported in June 2023.
Food Inflation has also decreased to -2.5% in July from the 2.5% recorded in June.
Non-Food Inflation dipped to 10.9% in July compared to the 18.3% reported in June.
