Two persons have been killed in a shooting reported in the Adampan area in Mannar today.
According to the Police, the victims had been shot at while travelling on a motorcycle this morning.
The victims aged 46 and 53 years old are residents of the Pallimadu and Uliyankulam areas.
The Police stated that the cause for the shooting and details of the suspects have not been ascertained as yet.
