A 28-year-old man has been arrested for the possession of 3.394 kg of crystal methamphetamine, commonly known as ‘Ice’.
According to the Police, the youth was arrested by the Police Special Task Force in the Uyilankulam area in Mannar.
He was arrested during a raid conducted by the Police Special Task Force in the Northern Province based on a tip-off.
The suspect has been identified as a 28-year-old resident of Mannar.
He has been handed over to the Anit-Narcotics Unit of the Mannar Police for investigations. (NewsWire)
