Cricket South Africa has confirmed that Quinton de Kock will retire from ODI cricket after the ICC World Cup 2023 in India.

He had previously retired from Test cricket in December 2021, citing the desire to spend more time with his young family. Despite being just 30 years old, there hasn’t been any specific comment from de Kock regarding his decision to step away from ODIs.

However, he will remain available to play T20Is for South Africa.
