The State Printing Corporation (SPC) is offering a discount programme for school book supplies.
SPC Chairman Nimal Dharmaratne said a 30% discount will be provided for school exercise book purchases.
Stating that the discount programme was launched yesterday, he said the discount can be obtained at the SPC head office or its sales branches.
Dharmaratne further said that a representative with a letter from the school principal can obtain this discount.
These exercise books are produced with a well-finished cover and 60 GSM paper to compete with the exercise books available on the market today, he added.
The discount programme for school book supplies has been launched at the suggestion of Education Minister Susil Premajayantha based on requests from school principals. (NewsWire)
