Opposition Leader MP Sajith Premadasa has refuted media reports claiming that he is joining hands to work with President Ranil Wickremesinghe.
Addressing the Parliament today (Dec 11), MP Premadasa accused certain media of propagating such rumours.
“Sajith and Ranil will never join hands. I am officially making a statement that we will never join forces,” he added.
MP Premadasa further appealed to the media that published the reports, which he alleged were being funded by the government, to refrain from making such false statements. (NewsWire)
