According to the Ministry of Public Security, 803 suspects have been arrested during raids carried out in the ‘Yukthiya’ special operation.
212g of heroin, 101g of ice, 169 narcotic pills, and other drugs were seized from the arrested suspects.
The Ministry further said that out of 562 suspects arrested in connection with drug offenses, 05 suspects are being further investigated on the basis of detention orders and 1 drug addict has been referred for rehabilitation.
10 suspects who were on the list of Police Narcotics Bureau and Police Special Bureau were also arrested.
Also, among the 241 suspects arrested in the list referred to the criminal division, there are 11 suspects who had open warrants related to drug offenses and 214 open warrants related to non-drug offenses. (NewsWire)
