The Government of India has announced fully funded scholarship programmes for Sri Lankans under the Indian Council of Cultural Relations (ICCR).
Under the scholarship programme, Sri Lankans can pursue Undergraduate, Post Graduate, and PHD (Research) in diverse subjects in 120+ leading universities/institutes in India.
