Sri Lanka Customs Trade Unions have called off their work-to-rule campaign that was launched yesterday.
The trade unions had launched the work-to-rule campaign over several demands, including promotions.
However, a decision was taken to suspend the work-to-rule campaign following discussions between the trade union representatives and Finance Ministry Officials today.
The discussion had taken place with State Minister of Finance Ranjith Siyambalapitiya and President’s Secretary Saman Ekanayake. (NewsWire)
