Sri Lankan International School Jeddah celebrates 25 years of excellence

Sri Lankan International School Jeddah grandly celebrated its silver jubilee along with its annual awards day at the Imperial Banqueting & Conference Center, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on the 2nd of March 2024, having 100+ students as award winners.

Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Sabri PC, who was the founder of the school addressed the gathering as Chief guest of the evening, accompanied by His Excellency P.M Amza the Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as guest of honour and Consul General S.M Falah Alhabshi Mowlana being special guest on the invitation extended by the school management council.

The event recognizes four SLISJIANs who were the outstanding Cambridge leaner award winners including Miss. Suha Illiyas as the top in the world on the subject of Information Technology in Cambridge AS Level, together with 72 subject prizes and 55 overall best academic achievers.

SLISJIAN Master. Raed Rizwan was awarded the student of academic year 2022/23 award.
