USD rate continues to drop at commercial banks in Sri Lanka

The US Dollar has continued to drop at several commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (Mar 27), while remaining below the Rs. 300 rate. 

At NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 295.15 to Rs. 294, while the selling rate has also dropped from Rs. 306.15 to 305. 

According to Peoples Bank, both the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 296.40 to Rs. 295.67 and from Rs. 306.44 to Rs. 305.68, respectively.

At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has reduced from Rs. 296.44 to Rs. 295.21, while the selling rate has reduced from Rs. 305.75 to Rs. 304.50. 

At Sampath Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 298 to Rs. 296.50, while the selling rate has also reduced from Rs. 307 to Rs. 305.50. (NewsWire)
