The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated slightly against the US Dollar at several commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (Apr 05) compared to Thursday, while also holding on below the Rs. 300 rate.
According to Seylan Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 293.60 to Rs. 293.35 and the selling rate from Rs. 303.10 to Rs. 302. 85.
At NDB Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 292.75 to Rs. 292.40 and from Rs. 303.75 to Rs. 303.40, respectively.
According to Peoples Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has reduced from Rs. 294.29 to Rs. 293.95 and from Rs. 304.26 to Rs. 303.90, respectively.
At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 293.72 to Rs. 293.47, while the selling rate has dropped from Rs. 303 to Rs. 302.75, respectively.
At Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar are unchanged at Rs. 295 and Rs. 304, respectively. (NewsWire)
