Dollar rate in Sri Lanka today

The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated further against the US Dollar at several commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (Apr 08) compared to last week, while it continues to remain below the Rs. 300 rate. 

According to Seylan Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 293.35 to Rs. 292.75 and the selling rate from Rs. 302.85 to Rs. 302.25.

At NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from  Rs. 292.40 to Rs. 291.85, while the selling rate is unchanged at Rs. 302.85. 

According to Peoples Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has reduced from Rs. 293.95 to Rs. 293.46 and from Rs. 304.26 to Rs. 303.39, respectively.

At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 293.47 to Rs. 292.98, while the selling rate has dropped from Rs. 302.75 to Rs. 302.25, respectively. 

At Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 295 to Rs. 294.25 and from Rs. 304 to Rs. 303.25, respectively. (Newswire)
