A 52-year-old man has been murdered at his residence in Ratmalana early this morning.
Police said the man, a resident of Borupana Road in Ratmalana, had been stabbed to death.
Investigations have revealed that he had been stabbed with a sharp object by two unidentified men while sleeping in his bedroom.
The suspects involved in the murder are yet to be identified, while the Mount Lavinia Police has launched a probe into the incident. (Newswire)
