Dollar rate in Sri Lanka today

The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated further against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (Apr 26) compared to Thursday.

According to Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have dropped from Rs. 291.50 to Rs. 290.50 and from Rs. 302 to Rs. 301, respectively.

At NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 290.25 to Rs. 289.40, while the selling rate has also dropped from Rs. 301.25 to Rs. 300.40.

According to Peoples Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have dropped from Rs. 291.69 to Rs. 290.76 and from Rs. 301.57 to Rs. 300.60, respectively.

At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped from Rs. 291.24 to Rs. 289.83 and the selling rate has also dropped from Rs. 300.50 to Rs. 299.50. 

Meanwhile, at Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have dropped from Rs. 293.50 to Rs. 291.50 and from Rs. 302.50 to Rs. 300.50, respectively. (Newswire)
