Several arrests have been made following a raid conducted on a brothel that was operated under the guise of an Ayurvedic Spa in Mount Lavinia.
The Police said six women, including the manager of the brothel, were arrested during the raid carried out on Casiya Mawatha in Mount Lavinia.
The arrested women are aged between 25 and 37 years and are residents of Panadura, Elpitiya, Nittambuwa, Ketabulawa, and Polonnaruwa.
The Mount Lavinia Police is conducting further investigations. (Newswire)
