A protest was held outside the Pakistan High Commission in Colombo today, condemning Pakistan over its alleged involvement in the recent terror attack in Indian-administered Kashmir.
The protest, attended by approximately 200 to 300 individuals, featured slogans such as “We don’t need Pakistan” and expressions of support for India’s efforts to combat terrorism. Protesters voiced anger over the April 22nd attack in Baisaran Valley near Pahalgam, where five gunmen opened fire on a group of Indian tourists, killing 26 people. (Newswire)
