Radisson Blu Resort Galle, Radisson Hotel Kandy, and Radisson Hotel Colombo are pleased to announce the appointments of William Fernando as Cluster Director of Sales and Isuri Perera as Cluster Assistant Director of Sales.
The three properties, managed by La Vie Hotels & Resorts, continue to build on their reputation for excellence and growth in the Sri Lankan hospitality sector. These strategic appointments reflect a focused effort to strengthen the cluster’s commercial performance and brand presence across key local and international markets.
William Fernando brings over two decades of rich industry experience, having served in senior roles across leading hospitality brands including the Hemas Hotel Sector, Minor Hotel Group, Citrus Leisure PLC, and most recently as Director of Sales at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. His progressive journey from Guest Relations Officer to Director of Sales underscores his expertise and passion for the industry.

William holds a Diploma in Travel, Tourism Economics, and Hospitality Management from the University of Colombo and will be based at Radisson Hotel Colombo, overseeing sales strategies across the entire cluster. He reports directly to Kristofer Quadros, Cluster General Manager Radisson Hotels Sri Lanka.
Isuri Perera, appointed as Cluster Assistant Director of Sales, brings a dynamic and diverse background in hospitality sales. With nearly a decade of experience, she has held progressive roles in Cinnamon Hotels and Weligama Bay Marriott Resort & Spa. Most recently serving as Sales Manager, Isuri led key DMC and corporate account portfolios.
