Three suspects, including a woman, have been arrested over the assault and shooting targeting the vehicle of former National Lotteries Board Director Thusitha Halloluwa in Narahenpita.
They were remanded until 29th May by the Hulftsdorp Magistrate’s Court, police said.
The incident took place earlier this month when gunmen opened fire at Halloluwa’s vehicle before fleeing the scene. No injuries were reported. Investigations are ongoing to determine the motive behind the attack. (NewsWire)
