The Ministry of Defence has issued an Extraordinary Gazette freezing all funds, assets, and economic resources of designated individuals, groups, and entities under the United Nations Regulations No. 1 of 2012.
The order, issued by Defence Secretary Air Vice Marshal (Retd) Sampath Thuyacontha, revokes previous related gazette orders but preserves actions taken under them. It also updates the list of designated parties and replaces prior schedules with new ones reflecting the latest designations. (Newswire)
