Malay CC pulled off a major upset by defeating star-studded SSC to win the Tier “B” T20 championship.
SSC, who were relegated from the top division last season, fielded a strong lineup featuring national players Charith Asalanka, Dasun Shanaka, and Avishka Fernando. However, they were bundled out for just 100 runs in the final.
