Indian actor Mohanlal arrived in Sri Lanka on Saturday for the second shooting schedule of director Mahesh Narayanan’s upcoming multi-starrer film. He landed at Bandaranaike International Airport from Kochi at 11:20 a.m. via SriLankan Airlines flight UL-166.
Mohanlal is expected to stay for 10 days to complete the current phase of filming. He had previously spent about six days in Sri Lanka for the first schedule.
Speaking to the media, Mohanlal said Sri Lanka offers great locations for film shooting and is a very friendly place to work. He added that he enjoys visiting the country and is already planning to film more projects there, describing it as a beautiful destination with fresh settings for cinema.
The film is produced by Antony Perumbavoor’s Aashirvad Cinemas in association with Anto Joseph Film Company. It features a prominent cast including Mammootty. Key action scenes are expected to be filmed during this schedule. (Newswire)
