The opposition Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) has decided to suspend the party membership of Kolonnawa Urban Council member Susil Kumara.
Issuing a statement, the SJB said the decision has been taken after Susil Kumara failed to help the party secure the posts of Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the local council.
As such, the SJB’s Management Committee and Working Council have decided to suspend his party membership with immediate effect. (Newswire)
