The Fort Magistrate’s Court has granted bail to former National Lotteries Board Director, Thusitha Halloluwa, over the alleged misuse of state property.
The court also imposed a travel ban on Thusitha Halloluwa during a hearing today.
He was arrested and remanded based on investigations into a case filed over the alleged misuse of state property during his tenure as the Acting Director of the National Lotteries Board.
Reports state that the accusations concern the alleged misuse of a computer and a mobile phone valued at over Rs. 470,000. (Newswire)
