Dollar rate in Sri Lanka today

The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated slightly against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (23 July), compared to Monday.

At Seylan Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar decreased to Rs. 298.20 from Rs. 298.55 while the selling rate dipped slightly to Rs. 304.20 from Rs. 304.25

According to NDB Bank, the buying and selling rate of the US Dollar have slightly decreased to Rs. 298.50 from Rs. 298.55, and Rs. 305 from Rs. 305.05 respectively.

People’s Bank reports that the buying rate of the US Dollar has decreased to Rs. 298.23 from Rs. 298.28 and the selling rate to Rs. 305.55 from Rs. 305.50.

At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 296.30 to Rs. 296. 55 while the selling rate has increased from Rs. 304.75 to Rs. 305.00.

According to Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rate of the US Dollar have remained unchanged at Rs. 298.50 and Rs. 305 respectively. (Newswire)
