Former Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy Admiral (Retired) Nishantha Ulugetenne, who was arrested earlier today, has been remanded until 30 July.
Nishantha Ulugetenne was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and remanded by the Polgahawela Magistrate’s Court.
He was arrested over the disappearance of a youth from Pothuhera during his tenure as the Director of Naval Intelligence.
