The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated further against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (06 Aug), compared to Tuesday.
At Seylan Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 297.60 to Rs. 297.65, while the selling rate has decreased from Rs. 303.60 to Rs. 303.15.
According to NDB Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 297.75 to Rs. 297.60 and from Rs. 304.25 to Rs. 301.10, respectively.
People’s Bank reports that the buying rate of the US Dollar has reduced from Rs. 297.54 to Rs. 297.39, while the selling rate has also reduced from Rs. 304.16 to Rs. 304.
At Commercial Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 295.80 to Rs. 295.55 and from Rs. 304.25 to Rs. 304, respectively.
According to Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 297.50 to Rs. 297.25 and from Rs. 304 to Rs. 303.75, respectively. (Newswire)
