Former President Ranil Wickremesinghe has been admitted to the Prisons Hospital on the advice of doctors, Prisons Spokesman Chandana Ekanayake told Ada Derana.
Wickremesinghe, who was remanded earlier today, was brought to Welikada Prison in a prison bus under heavy security. His hospitalization follows medical examinations conducted after his arrival. (Newswire)
