The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated further against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (26 Aug), compared to Monday.
At Seylan Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 298.65 to Rs. 298.95, while the selling rate has increased from Rs. 304.15 to Rs. 304.45.
According to NDB Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 298.85 to Rs. 299.05 and from Rs. 305.35 to Rs. 305.55, respectively.
People’s Bank reports that the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 298.52 to Rs. 298.87, while the selling rate has also increased from Rs. 304.89 to Rs. 305.25.
At Commercial Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 296.79 to Rs. 297.04 and from Rs. 305.25 to Rs. 305.50, respectively.
According to Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 298.75 to Rs. 299 and from Rs. 305.25 to Rs. 305.50, respectively. (Newswire)
