The Labour Department has launched a special mobile service program from September 22 to 26 to address issues related to the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF).
Services will be available at Labour Department district and sub-offices across the country and will include:
- EPF balance and account inquiries
- Correction of membership details based on NIC
- Member registration
- Acceptance of complaints
- Guidance on labour law
EPF members are advised to bring their B-card and, in cases of amendments to membership details, a letter from their employer. (Newswire)
