Veteran South Indian actor R. Sarathkumar, who arrived in Sri Lanka on a four-day visit, has praised the country for its tourism potential.
Actor Sarathkumar arrived in Sri Lanka on Wednesday as part of an initiative to promote Sri Lanka as a tourist destination.
During a visit to Kandy yesterday, he had the opportunity to visit a new 07-star hotel being constructed in the area.
Commenting on the hotel, the actor said that this was a hotel similar to hotels around the world with 7-star facilities. “This will be opened around May or June. I came to see it. Anything connected to health is also here. Helicopter services from Colombo are available,” he said.
Praising Sri Lanka, actor Sarathkumar said Sri Lanka is a country that has it all. “Everything is available here. Except snow. Every other climate is available in Sri Lanka,” he said. (Newswire)
