* Online Submission: Information can be entered online via https://aid.floodsupport.org/business-impact or through www.industry.gov.lk.
* Deadline: The collection of this data must be completed before 2:00 PM on December 16th 2025.
Following the collection of the information, the Ministry of Industries expects to provide the relevant assistance and coordination necessary to help rebuild the industries.
