The Department of Meteorology has forecast an increase in rainfall conditions from tomorrow (09) to December 12.
Accordingly, heavy rainfall will occur in the Northern, Eastern, North-Central and Uva provinces and in the Galle, Matara, Nuwara Eliya and Matale districts.
The Met Department further states that rainfall between 75mm – 100mm is expected in these areas during this period. (Newswire)
