Printing resumes as over 700,000 driver’s licences remain pending

More than 700,000 driver’s licences are currently pending printing, Deputy Minister Prasanna Gunasena said.

He said printing has now resumed after two new printing machines were purchased, with efforts underway to clear the backlog within less than six months. (Newswire)
